A clear summary of how shopping with The First Gadget works while orders are confirmed personally.
Products, prices and availability
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit. Product descriptions, colours, specifications and availability can change as supplier stock changes. The website cart shows an estimate; we confirm the exact model, warranty, stock, delivery charge and final total with you before accepting an order or payment. If an error is found, we will explain it and you can choose whether to proceed.
Placing an order
Adding an item to the cart or sending an enquiry does not reserve stock. An order is accepted only after our team confirms the item, total and fulfilment details with you through the agreed contact channel. We do not take card payments on this website.
Payment
Confirmed orders may be paid by bank transfer or, where available, cash on delivery. We provide payment instructions directly after confirming the order. Do not transfer money based only on a website estimate or an unverified message.
Delivery, pickup and preorders
Standard Malaysia postage is RM12, with free postage on product subtotals of RM250 or more. In-stock deliveries are normally expected within seven days after confirmation. Next-business-day pickup is normally available for confirmed orders placed before 1:00 PM, subject to stock. COD is limited to confirmed local areas. Preorder items are normally expected in about 14 days. See delivery and pickup details for the full process.
Returns and warranties
Our voluntary return process and product warranty guidance are described on the returns and warranty page. Nothing in these store terms removes rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
Trade-in estimates
Any trade-in amount discussed online is an initial estimate. A final offer depends on the device's model, condition, ownership status and an in-store inspection. You may decline the final offer.
