Delivery & pickup
Choose postage, arrange a shop pickup, or ask whether local cash on delivery is available.
Postage within Malaysia
Standard postage is RM12. Delivery is free when the product subtotal is RM250 or more. The cart shows the estimated total, and we confirm the final amount before accepting payment. In-stock orders are normally delivered within seven days after confirmation; courier delays and public holidays can affect timing.
Pickup at Low Yat Plaza
Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM can normally be collected the next business day, subject to stock. We will message you when the item is ready. Please wait for that confirmation before visiting Lot 4.028, 4th Floor, Low Yat Plaza, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
Cash on delivery
COD is available only for selected local addresses in the Kuala Lumpur area. Send us your location before ordering; we will confirm eligibility, any delivery charge, and the handover time in writing. COD orders are not accepted until we confirm them.
Preorders
Items marked for preorder are normally expected to become available in about 14 days. We will confirm the estimated arrival date and delivery or pickup plan before taking payment. If timing changes, we will contact you with your options.
